- Adviser's Assistant
Description
We are a growing financial advisory business looking for a full-time Adviser's Assistant. We are based at Toowong (Brisbane) and have a team of advisers that provide tailored financial advice. Be part of a dynamic boutique private client investment and planning firm which offers you a new challenge.
A highly motivated, organised and experienced person in the industry is preferred.

Excellent organisational skills
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of general office operations
You will be well supported by a Manager and a team of advisers.
Role & Requirements:
Previous experience in the stockbroking or financial planning industry
Accomplished with back-office systems and settlements
Provide new accounts and client documentation
Provide order quotes and facilitate order execution
Facilitate IPO's and placements
Manage FDS (Fee Disclosure Statements) & Opt-In Requirements
Proficient computer skills required for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and major investment platforms
Well organised
Good interpersonal skills with clients and have the ability to work well in a group
RG146 competent would be beneficial
Ability to work 4 days a week
Minimum of 3+ years of financial services industry experience is required
