Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.As an Employee Readiness Analyst in the Home Lending team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of change management and employee readiness strategies. You will coordinate readiness activities, manage change requests, and develop communications to ensure employees are equipped for upcoming changes. Working closely with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and other stakeholders, you will help drive the successful implementation and adoption of business changes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute employee readiness activities for agile and non-agile initiatives, including training, communications, and post-implementation support
- Open and track change requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained
- Develop and update job aids, process documentation, and employee communications to support business changes
- Manage and coordinate employee access requests for new systems, tools, or processes
- Collaborate with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and partners to identify employee impacts and escalate issues as needed
- Assist in mapping business processes, identifying gaps, and supporting best practice implementation
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, track readiness activities, and maintain accurate records in JIRA, Confluence, and other tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solutions that enhance employee readiness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience supporting change management, project management, or business process initiatives
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric and employee-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Home Lending
- Background in analytics
