Description
THE TEAMYou will join our people team. We aren't looking for someone to just follow a checklist. We need an architect, a fixer, and a strategist rolled into one. As our Project Manager for People & Organisation, you will be the bridge between high-level vision and functional reality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the midst of organizational change, you will identify gaps, design scalable solutions, and execute projects across the entire employee lifecycle. If you are a People professional who thinks like a Project Manager and acts with a "bias for action," this is your stage.
Your tasks will include:
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of diverse People initiatives-from auditing "legacy" workflows to building modern, lean processes that fit our new structure.
- Operational Excellence: Support core operations (including reorgs, payroll, and data auditing) to ensure stability and a "zero-error" transition.
- Strategic Rollouts: Project manage the implementation of critical culture and performance frameworks, ensuring they are not just launched, but lived.
- Legacy Building: Evaluate and optimize our tech stack and create "Playbooks" for every new process, ensuring a seamless handover at the end of your term.
- Change Advocacy: Act as the central point of contact for internal transitions, equipping leads and employees with the tools they need to navigate change.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5+ years in a People or Organizational function (e.g., HR Business Partner, Org Manager, or Change Manager).
- Expertise: Proven track record in Change Management, Organizational Development, and (Labour) Law regulations.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Experience partnering with executives to develop and implement People strategies.
- Languages: Business fluent in both German and English (essential).
