Job DescriptionA Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. They lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
Program Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of programs-from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
Process Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to optimize workflows.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7-10 years in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SmartSheet).
Senior-level experience with RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology, including implementation, integration, and optimization for operational workflows.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
