- This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package. We offer Health/Dental/Vision coverage for employees and dependents, a 401k retirement and ESOP. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
- Our work schedule is currently comprised of 4 days in the office with remote work on Fridays.
- Mondays through Thursdays are comprised of in-office core hours (8:30-4:30) with some flexibility in the morning / end of day to accommodate individual needs.
Requirements

We are seeking motivated and qualified Sr. Project Manager with an Architectural Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience for our Mountain View office. This is a position that requires direct project management and team leadership responsibilities, so the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with both clients, colleagues and government agencies.
Some of the tasks will include:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering a major project or several projects through all phases of design.
Establishes budgets and prepares schedules.
Oversees design development and production of working drawings and construction documents.
Works independently and does not require significant support from the Project Principal.
Takes initiative to facilitate problem-solving and development of solutions.
Foster growth and professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited architectural or related design program (licensure not required)
- 5-10 years of related, professional experience
- Knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up, In Design, MS Office, ENscape.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and produce construction documents in Revit
- Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Proactive, team player mindset with willingness to take on various responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands, while maintaining a high standard of excellence, integrity, and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
