Description
As a Product Associate on the Chase Travel Corporate Solutions team, you will play a key role in supporting Chase's strategic priorities. In this position, you will serve as the product lead, working closely with Chase Travel B2B partners to turn their business objectives into actionable product features and a forward-thinking strategic roadmap. Your leadership and proactive approach will ensure these requirements align with both Chase Travel's goals and the broader organizational strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics teams to refine requirements and oversee successful implementation, delivering results that move the business forward.Job Responsibilities
- Become and serve as the product area's subject matter expert - interviewing customers to identify critical pain points, document requirements, scope solutions, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and milestones to business stakeholders.
- Conducts discovery and planning activities to prepare comprehensive requirements for handoff to delivery teams.
- Owns and manages the delivery of the product backlog related to Chase Travel Corporate Solutions business.
- Partner with internal and external teams (business, product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, marketing, change management, etc.) on the prioritization and development of product features.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, writing epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, refinement, and backlog management.
- Proficient with AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build partnerships across all levels and locations within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems, drive consensus, and support organizational transformation.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a bias for action.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and challenge the status quo.

- Experience in product management within the travel industry or related sectors.
