Deine Position
As a (Senior) Technical Project Manager you will drive the evolution and adoption of the 1KOMMA5° core growth and operational platform - the digital engine connecting and optimizing ourphysical energy products and digital services.
You are the crucial link to the branches, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify gaps, define solutions (build or buy), and lead their integration. You will own the successful rollout and adoption of these new digital capabilities across markets ensuring operational efficiency is maximized. By delivering powerful, interconnected systems you directly enable ourbranches worldwide to scale rapidly, speeding up the energy transition in private homes and small businesses.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You analyse the needs of our markets and develop an iterative roadmap for the rollout of our digital core platform, new features and services to our existing and new markets
- You act as the key connector between product & engineering and our markets, championing the integration of new digital tools and services that enhance our core platform offering
- You align priorities and manage dependencies between markets, business, product, and engineering teams
- You monitor the use of our systems as well as the business impact using KPIs, providing actionable insights through regular reporting to stakeholders from tech, business and markets
- You take ownership for the adoption of the core operational platform in our branches and drive measures when expected business impact is not reached
- You constantly identify levers for improvements across the customer journey, select possible solutions (own developed or SaaS) and pilot them with the markets and business departments
- You conduct the technical migration of historic data during the roll out or in later phases
Dein Profil
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management roles, particularly in international or cross-cultural contexts
- Proven ability to manage complex change management and adoption initiatives across diverse, decentralized user groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of empathy to foster collaboration and support branches through change.
- A hands-on mentality that helps you to drive projects to the end and proactively find solutions
- Experience balancing and aligning diverse stakeholder priorities (e.g., market demands vs. product capacity)
- Demonstrated experience in vendor selection for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
- Experience with technical migrations of data between SaaS solutions
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Residency in Germany
- Experience with CRM systems and similar SaaS solutions
- Experience/touchpoints with craftsmanship
