We're looking for a skilled physiotherapist with 6-15 years experience who is excited to join an established private practice with a sports focus in Essendon or St Kilda.

• Are you a progressive physiotherapist, with excellent inter-personal skills and a thirst for ongoing knowledge?
• Do you want to have the opportunity to earn ~$100,000-$145,000 per annum, with paid admin & paid specialist level mentoring time built into your week?
• Do you want to have autonomy, mastery and purpose injected into your physiotherapy career?
• Do you want a guaranteed fortnightly salary with annual leave, PLUS the benefits of a robust and a healthy commission for all the great work you do?

We currently have a full time positions at our Essendon & St Kilda clinic, or combinations of working across both sites.

Full time in our eyes is 32-38 hours per week - you can decide what works the best for you!

We set our clinical skills bar high, so you need 5+ years of clinical private practice to apply. Work in the sports domain is viewed positively, but ok if you haven't got there yet.

Requirements

• 6-15 years experience
• be a great person, who happens to be a great physio
• enjoy working collaboratively with sports physicians, podiatrists, massage therapists and S&Cs
• be able to manage a busy private practice caseload
• be open to using tech (AI notes via Heidi) to make your week super smooth and efficient
• be open to using VALD technology
• be excited to work alongside likeminded humans, who want to have fun, whilst delivering world-class care.
