Description

• Develop applications using C#, .NET, REST API (Representational State Transfer), Java, Python, and ReactJS
• Implement and support retail application systems, ecommerce projects, and Point of Sales systems
• Provide Level 2 application support and act as subject matter expert
• Acts as a bridge between business units, IT application vendor and stakeholders under Sales or Finance related industry

• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Design and build complex program solutions and financial interfaces
• Propose innovative solutions based on supplied requirement specifications
• Facilitate business change requests for configuration
• Manage stakeholders and perform effective client servicing
• Lead people management activities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Deliver initiatives independently and efficiently under tight schedules
• Communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences clearly
• Apply advanced SQL skills to write efficient queries on large datasets

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in IT system implementation and support
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for large datasets
• Solid experience in application development with C#, .NET, REST API, Java, Python, ReactJS
• Familiarity with retail applications, ecommerce, Point of Sales systems, and financial interfaces
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven project management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
