The Eagle County School District Board of Education in Eagle, Colorado, is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent. The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position no later than July 1, 2026.
McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the governing board in identifying and screening the candidates.
Enrollment:6,100
Location:125 miles west of Denver in the beautiful Eagle River Valley, with schools in Avon, Eagle, Edwards, Gypsum, Minturn, and Vail, Colorado.

Additional Requirements:
Selected candidate must possess or qualify for appropriate Colorado licensure
Salary Range: $225,000 – $265,000
