Wealth Management, Lending Policy & Guideline ManagerAs a Lending Policy & Guideline Manager in Wealth Management, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.
Job Description:
You will need to be outcome focused and foster an environment of continual innovation based on data interpretation, customer / stakeholder interviews and adopting latest technologies to enhance client experience and maximize profitability. Utilizing your deep understanding of product strategy and user experience, you evaluate and enhance our existing product offerings, identify opportunities to reduce barriers to entry, and drive continuous improvements that ensure top-tier client experiences and keep us competitive in the market. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate and refine our existing product strategy to enhance value for customers.
- Manage discovery efforts and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product guidelines.
- Own the change management and governance process for the product library.
- Develop content, materials, and analytics for presentation to senior management, risk partners, and advisors.
- Own, maintain, and develop the product documents that enable improvements and developments to support the overall lending roadmap and value proposition.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication with other functional teams across the Private Bank.
- Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance product capabilities, change management, governance and communication.
Required Qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Undergraduate / Graduate, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 3 should be in a similar role & profile.
- Expertise in defining, building out product strategy with strong organization & prioritization skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Market & Product Knowledge - Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our products, systems and end-to-end processes, and keeps abreast of market and industry trends.

- Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions
- Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function
