As Global Service Owner you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance, governance and continuous improvement of multiple WREF services. You will develop and deploy global service strategies, partner with regional teams and providers to standardize operating models, and drive initiatives that improve employee experience, efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Global Service Owner and primary Business Owner for multiple WREF services, accountable for service performance, escalations and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deploy global service strategies aligned to WREF objectives, employee experience goals and regional needs.
- Govern and optimise services globally, partnering with service providers and site leads to ensure consistent delivery of global standards and measurable performance outcomes.
- Identify, recommend and implement service enhancements that improve employee experience, efficiency and value.
- Own business process and service management for the Workplace Insights service, ensuring data integrity, insight generation and actionable outcomes.
- Provide service ownership for Fleet Management, including governance, standardisation and support for programmes (e.g., EV adoption, driver safety).
- Act as SME and single point of contact for service decision-making and escalations to enable rapid resolution.
- Define and maintain consistent SOWs, operating models and governance frameworks to drive regional and global standardisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to support technology integration, data governance and risk mitigation to ensure compliant, resilient services.
- Report on service performance, project progress and lessons learned, providing clear recommendations for improvement and scale.
Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Experience in Facilities Management and/or Real Estate Management.
- Experience managing or governing service partners.
- Broad understanding of Real Estate and Facilities Management industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with workplace design, facilities operations, technology, HR, communications and change teams.
- Experience defining metrics and dashboards to measure service success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proven track record of customer focus, creating business cases, and influencing change in ambiguous environments.
- Strategic thinker with capability to plan and act for long-term outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership interaction.
- Strong change leadership and motivational skills.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 0 to PLN 0 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
