Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Market Activation Lead to drive regional rollout, adoption, and business readiness for digital transformation programs across global markets. The role will bridge global delivery teams and local market stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, operational readiness, and user adoption of new digital capabilities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end market activation, rollout, and adoption initiatives across multiple regions.
Drive business readiness activities, including operational model alignment and team preparedness.
Manage and influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional and international teams.
Oversee governance, rollout planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and go-live readiness.
Coordinate between central product/development teams and local market leadership.
Establish communication, reporting, and change management strategies to maximize adoption.
Mandatory Skills
Digital Transformation: Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and market activation programs.
Cross-Geography Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
Business Readiness & Change Management: Expertise in operational readiness assessments, impact analysis, and change management.
Program Management Governance: Strong experience managing large-scale program lifecycles, dependencies, risks, and rollout schedules.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

JIRA and Confluence.
Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
Financial Services / Banking domain exposure.
