Mercer's Career Consulting Team is seeking a Senior Associate, Change Management Consulting.
This hybrid role can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa or Montreal

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We will count on you to:
Manage project delivery for change management workstreams for large-scale transformation and M&A engagements: Develop and maintain plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing and trackers to keep milestones and deliverables on schedule
Maintain issue, risk, and decision logs; escalate blockers and drive timely resolution across change, communication and integration activities
Coordinate logistics and facilitation for workshops, governance, and working sessions (agendas, materials, minutes, action follow-up) to align clients and teams
Support change execution by coordinating impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communications and training schedules, and tracking adoption metrics and feedback
Prepare, review, and maintain client-facing materials (status reports, heat maps, integration checklists, slide decks, comms) and manage review and compliance cycles
Coordinate cross-functional SMEs (HR, legal, comp/benefits, IT) and delegate to analysts/associates to deliver integrated, timely outputs
Contribute to proposals and bids by drafting SOWs, project plans, resourcing/pricing inputs and pitch materials
Serve as primary or secondary client contact on engagements: Manage expectations, respond to requests, and ensure delivery within scope and budget
What you need to have:
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in project management, meeting facilitation and presentation design - using data to tell a story
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Fluency in English (French is a nice-to-have)
Completing a bachelor's degree majoring in HR, psychology, commerce, business or journalism
Consulting, business and/or HR experience preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,000 to $135,000.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
