About the job:

As an Associate Consultant, Financial Services, you will gain first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, building foundational knowledge across a wide range of clients, projects, and solutions. You will develop your problem-solving and project management skills in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
2. Internship experience in banking, insurance, technology, and/or consulting is advantageous
3. Basic understanding of core business processes and products in private banking and/or insurance is a plus
4. Ability to apply technology concepts to business problems
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
6. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
7. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
8. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn

AI requirements

1. Demonstrates a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), with a strong willingness to learn and effectively leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes
2. Understands the basics of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and solutions in day-to-day work
3. Applies AI-enabled tools to support consulting activities such as research, documentation, analysis, project coordination, and problem-solving, while continuously developing AI capabilities to improve efficiency and quality of delivery

Job responsibilities:

1. Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and business challenges through interviews and workshops, translating requirements into well-structured solutions
2. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients through business proposals and presentation materials
3. Support project documentation, ensuring processes and deliverables are clearly recorded for management review
4. Interact closely with clients through regular project updates, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
