Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Prepare BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and other project

documentation.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development

teams.

• Work with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver solutions.

• Support Agile activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement

prioritization.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business

expectations.

• Manage requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Assist with change management, training, and deployment activities.

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of SDLC

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications

• Basic understanding of SQL and databases

• Familiarity with cloud and digital platforms

Documentation & Process Modeling

• BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

• Workflow and Process Diagrams

• UAT Documentation and Change Requests

• BPMN, UML, Swimlane and Process Flow Diagrams

Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to lead workshops and requirement discussions

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
