Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at http://www.jpmorganchase.com/.The LCCRA (Legal, Controls, CCOR, Resiliency & Audit) team is responsible for developing cross-organizational strategy and executing on initiatives to deliver priorities across Legal, Controls, CCOR, Resiliency & Audit (LCCRA). The team leads critical programs and projects that provide Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with scalable and integrated solutions that strengthen firmwide risk assessment processes and controls by aligning adjacent operating models, related business processes, platforms, and data standards.

The team is seeking a high performing Vice President position based out of our Bengaluru or Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a broad range of project activities, looking for automation opportunities to constantly improve the way the function operates and additionally support multiple assigned initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to key Compliance & Control programs; Analytics and automation initiatives being implemented and will require partnership with representatives from across the organization. You will also perform a variety of functions including:
- Work in partnership with LCCRA Management team, Technology team and other key stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, budgets and manage seamless execution to support assigned initiative(s) delivery
- Lead and motivate team of business analysts and other assigned team members to achieve project goals and deliverables
- Be the first point of escalation. Communicate effectively with key business partners and Senior stakeholders to understand projects roadblocks and drive next steps
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project outcomes and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions
- Work at the intersection of business and technology, interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and project manage
- Track and document new changes requested including helping in facilitate a change management process including reviewing requests, visualizing potential remediation steps as well as communicating such items to key stakeholders
- Ability to assess, analyze, and evaluate options to determine best practice and customized solution to meet the business requirements
- Utilize advance analytical tools and techniques to gather, analyze and interpret data for informed decision making
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner
- Industrialize the automation of all reporting extracts from a single data source to ensure consistency across all reporting.
- Lead and participate in Planning execution and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget
Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum Master's degree from a reputed institute; 14+ years work experience in the Banking / Financial industry, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Oversight & Controls, or Finance
- Ability to effectively communicate, work, and present to Senior Stakeholders
- Have a proven track record as Project Manager with background into Business Analysis
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation tools, e.g. Pega, Alteryx, Python etc. Data Analytics and Reporting solutions and its practical application in the business;
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to harness large data sets and analyses to deliver insights and new features for senior management reviews with strong PowerPoint/ PitchPro skills and reporting tools (SharePoint, JIRA, other internal tools)
- Possesses excellent communication and engagement skills
- Manages multiple project deliverables to ensure timely delivery
- Team player with excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused with ability to work independently
- Proven ability to gather/analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Ability to positively influence change and maintain a positive change management environment
- Working hours shall be EMEA hours from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
The following additional items will be added advantage:
- Project Management certification, e.g. PMP, Prince2 etc..
- Hands-on Business analyst activities
