Emergency Medicine Wellness Fellow
Northwell Health, New York State's largest private employer and one of the nation's leading Health Systems, invites Emergency Medicine Residency Trained/ABEM board eligible physicians to apply for the new non-GME accredited Emergency Medicine Wellness Fellowship at South Shore University Hospital. This is a one-year program designed to train future leaders in clinician well-being. Whether pursuing a career as an institutional well-being leader or an academic emergency physician with a niche in clinician well-being, fellows benefit from a flexible curriculum that can be tailored to their professional interests. The fellowship emphasizes clinician well-being, operational improvement, systems-based change, leadership development, and workforce engagement to prepare graduates to lead meaningful organizational and cultural change.
Required Qualifications:
- Board certification or board-eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
- New York State medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive full-time clinical compensation package commensurate with experience.
