Role Overview

To provide process analysis and documentation support to the model office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing mobilisation content for model office

• Developing content for process workshops

• Supporting process analysis

• Updating process maps

• Documenting new processes

• Developing model office content for project communications

• Developing process related content for training material

• Developing content for SOPs

• Defining user stories and assisting in creation of test data

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a business/process analyst

Experience in business process analysis and documentation

• Strong skills in process mapping tools

• Experience supporting model office or change management functions

• Strong documentation and communication skills
