A leading global asset manager's Investment Solutions team is seeking a Fixed Income Investment Specialist to support product positioning, asset gathering, and client retention for their fixed income product offerings in Asia. Acting as a key link between clients and portfolio management teams, the role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Investment teams to formulate investment views, support pitches and RFPs, and respond to client needs across the region.

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the Asia subject matter specialist for global fixed income capabilities; articulate investment philosophy, process, positioning, and performance.
2. Partner with Sales on client engagement: pitch preparation and delivery, needs analysis, strategy selection support, and RFP / due diligence responses.
3. Represent portfolio management in client and prospect meetings, including performance reviews and ongoing servicing of existing mandates.
4. Produce and tailor investment communications (presentations, market views, commentaries, product notes) for regional distribution.
5. Coordinate with Product and Market Intelligence on product enhancements and solution development aligned to client needs, market opportunities, and regulatory change.
6. Provide internal enablement: train Sales/Support teams and ensure fixed income capabilities are embedded into regional sales plans.
7. Handle ad hoc client requests and support reporting deliverables in partnership with internal stakeholders across hubs.

Required Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline (advanced qualifications such as CFA preferred).
2. 10-15 years of experiences working in fixed income investment, analysis, specialist, or product functions.
3. Deep understanding of macroeconomics and fixed income markets (rates, credit, EM debt) and portfolio positioning drivers.
4. Experience supporting institutional client coverage, product specialist work, or portfolio management within asset management.
5. Strong language skills including Mandarin, Cantonese and English
6. Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management; able to work across cultures and time zones.
