What you'll do

• Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce and people plans
• Provide expert guidance across performance, ER/IR, and organisational development
• Lead initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and engagement
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Support change programmes and coach leaders through transformation

• Proven experience in a HRBP or senior advisory role
• Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex matters
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
