Description
As a Product Delivery Manager (VP) for Payments Rails LATAM, you will lead end-to-end delivery from intake through release and operationalization, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, CS&I, and cross-functional teams. You will manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers to keep execution on track, strengthen governance and agile delivery practices, and drive continuous improvements that enable faster, more consistent outcomes and better customer experiences.Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Establish and run program governance (e.g., operating cadence, working groups, integrated plans, RAID, dependency management, and "Ready to Launch" readiness).
- Drive end-to-end delivery execution across the lifecycle: planning, build oversight, testing, UAT coordination, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring operationalization and stakeholder readiness.
- Lead process re-engineering and continuous improvement to improve delivery speed, transparency, and control discipline.
- Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages open dialogue and productive conflict resolution.
- Analyze and interpret delivery constraints (including policies/processes), identify barriers, and apply critical thinking to address challenges across the product development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement.
- Experience in product/platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of Payments and/or Core Rails
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and experience in business analysis and process re-engineering.
- Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
