The primary responsibility of this role is to review, categorize, accurately label, and upload legal contracts and corporate minute book documents into our document management system.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ideal candidate will have familiarity with common legal document types, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply consistent naming conventions and metadata tagging to ensure documents are properly organized and retrievable.
