Our client is a leading healthcare organisation committed to providing safe, connected and high-quality care across its Health Services, Healthy Ageing and Support Services divisions. The Role

This is a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant position responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of modern workplace technologies across the organisation. You will drive the effective use and adoption of Microsoft 365, remote access platforms and emerging digital capabilities across a complex, multi-site environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience across modern workplace and Microsoft 365 environments, together with excellent stakeholder engagement, change management and project delivery skills.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

• Lead the Modern Workplace uplift from ground up
• Lead the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform and Copilot
• Drive change management, user adoption and digital workplace training programs
• Evaluate, pilot and deploy emerging workplace technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation
• Ensure consistent governance, compliance and documentation across M365 services
• Develop user-friendly training, guidance and support materials
