Job Summary:
The Large Project Coordinator is responsible to assistthe site Project Management Team in a variety of activities, including but notlimited to those in the area of Document Control, Project Administration, andChange Management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all Client policies, procedures, andgovernance requirements.
• Provide comprehensive project administration andcoordination support across all capital project phases.
• Manage project documentation to ensure accuracy,consistency, version control, and compliance with Client document controlstandards.
• Establish and maintain structured documentcontrol systems for drawings, specifications, correspondence, change records,and project deliverables.
• Support project change management by trackingscope changes, maintaining change logs, coordinating approvals, and ensuringimpacts to cost and schedule are documented.
• Coordinate with project team members andcontractors to collect, consolidate, and distribute routine project status andprogress updates.
• Assist with project reporting.
• Assist with gathering scoping information andsupport the preparation of execution plans, project schedules, and costestimates.
• Record, distribute, and archive meeting minutes;track action items and follow through to closure.
• Assist with the preparation and ongoing updateof monthly project cost sheets and related financial tracking documentation.
• Coordinate and document Lessons Learned at theconclusion of project phases and final project closeout.
• Support final project closeout activities,including document turnover, records retention, and closeout reporting.
Qualifications (Knowledge, SkillsandAbilities):
• Requires a High-School Diploma or Equivalent;
• Five (5) or more years of experience related tothe position duties;
• Must have very strong interpersonal andcommunication skills;
• Requires strong working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps etc.);
• High degree of computer literacy
• Requires a proven ability to communicateeffectively both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to interact effectively with staff atall levels
PreferredQualifications
• Bachelor'sDegree
• Experiencein the Utilities industry
• Understandingof Microsoft PowerBi & PowerBi workspace management
• Understandingof MAXIMO operation and workflow systems
Working Conditions:
• Work is conducted in an on-site environment
• Will need to be flexible to accommodateemergent work requests and required responses during weather events
• Interaction with other team members, as wellas supervisors and client personnel
• Working plant, construction, and/or shop areasaround production machinery with extreme noise levels
• Must be able to wear safety equipment asrequired by the safety department for personal protection
• Must be able to tolerate climate changes
• May be required to travel out of town on aperiodic basis

• Must be able to lift and carry five (5) pounds
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing orother communication capabilities which permits the employee to communicateeffectively
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time

• Sufficient manual dexterity which permits theemployee to perform routine office duties
• Sufficient personal mobility and physicalreflexes to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-sitelocations.
