Description
Project Executive
As our Project Executive, you will lead construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you are accountable for overall project performance, including financial results, schedule adherence, risk management, and client satisfaction, while leading and developing highperforming project teams.
You will work closely with owners, leadership, preconstruction, and operations to set project strategy and ensure successful execution through all phases. You will identify and resolve project, contract, and operational challenges while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners. You will oversee and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, support key procurement and subcontractor buyout decisions, and assist with preconstruction activities such as budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and risk planning.
Successful Project Executives are strategic and decisive leaders who consistently deliver projects that meet financial goals while exceeding client expectations.

Your Background
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management, including leadership of large or complex projects.
- Demonstrated success overseeing project teams and managing financial performance across multiple phases or projects.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts, influence design and budget decisions, and drive value for owners.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, forecasts, and project performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
