Role Overview

We are seeking an active Project Manager Business Solutions SAP SD (m/f/d) to serve as the primary liaison between operational teams and IT. You will manage high-impact global technology initiatives, oversee the lifecycle of SAP SD tools, and champion digital transformation in a stable, expanding business setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Solution Leadership: Steer global IT initiatives utilizing established frameworks (Scrum, PMP) while acting as the core functional and technical SME for SAP SD.
• SAP SD Lifecycle Management: Supervise the configuration, rollout, and continuous enhancement of SAP SD platforms (including SAP S/4HANA); direct external integration partners regarding system upkeep, enhancements, deliverables, and cost projections.
• Demand & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and translate business operational needs into scalable tech architectures and cost-effective IT deliverables.
• Process Harmonization & Change Management: Drive international business process standardization, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead change management efforts across global facilities.
• IT Application Evolution: Assess, map, and upgrade IT applications regularly while providing strategic tech advisory to commercial teams.

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a enterprise-level IT/SAP role.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA; SAP MM experience is advantageous.
• Project & Process Expertise: Demonstrated background in demand management and project execution; experience as a Scenario Owner or Template Responsible (or PMP/Scrum credentials) is preferred.
• Languages: Advanced/business-fluent proficiency in both English and German (B2 minimum); Italian skills are a plus.
• Work Style: Proactive communicator with strong service orientation and a track record of directing external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility: On-site presence in Berlin at least 3 days per week (up to 2 days remote) with minimal, pre-planned travel.
