Project Governance & Standards

- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and best practices

- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance across all projects

- Create and update project management policies and procedures

- Conduct project health checks and audits

Portfolio Management

- Monitor project performance upon strategic objectives

- Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes

- Facilitate PAC (Project Approval Committee) for project approval processes

Process Improvement

- Analyze current project management processes and identify improvement opportunities

- Implement standardized tools and systems for project management & tracking

- Lead change management initiatives related to project management practices

Training & Support

- Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members

- Support project managers with tools, techniques, and guidance

Digital Strategy & Vision

- Develop and execute digital engineering transformation roadmap

- Lead adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, cloud computing, digital twins)

- Drive innovation through digital experimentation and proof-of-concept

Technology Implementation

- Architect and implement digital engineering platforms and tools

- Implement automation tools for CI/CD, testing, and deployment

Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration

- Partner with product management on digital product strategy

- Collaborate with IT on infrastructure and platform requirements

- Lead digital transformation change management across organization
