We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain & Logistics to drive end-to-end initiatives across our inbound, outbound, and back-office operations. In this role, you will own projects from initial problem definition to final operational handover. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams: Operations, Tech Product, Process Owners, Commercial, Finance, and external partners, to ensure we deliver scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Define & Shape Project Foundations incl. development of problem statement, scope and needs.
• Set and Align Objectives including measurable project objectives, success criteria and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Build Project Governance & Team Structure
• Orchestrate & execute the end-to-end project until end of hyper care and successful sign off towards final business owners.
• Provide Management Updates to leadership.
• Performance Management the project via structured project management mechanism incl. KPI / success criteria tracking.
• Design communication strategy and drive Communication & Change Management across all stakeholders incl. training and full adoptions.
• Validate & improve existing process Processes and partner with Tech Product and Process Owners for targeted outcomes.

What you bring

• Min. 5-6 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong project management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong Experience with inbound, outbound, and back-office logistics flows.

• Strong Data affinity, ability to interpret KPIs, cost analysis, and performance data

• Strong networking, stakeholder management and communication leadership skills.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Understanding of any software systems related to Logistics / Supply Chain such as WMS/TMS/ERP systems and process mapping.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related.
• Project Management certifications a plus.
