Job Title:

Quality PMO(Project Management Office)

Summary:
> Driving and managing quality projects
> Ensuring alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
> Cross-functional collaboration
> Supporting audits and management reviews

Responsibilities Include:

The Quality Assurance PMO assumes the following roles:

1) Driving and managing quality projects

Managing schedules, progress, and resources for quality improvement projects

Managing project KPIs (quality metrics, audit response progress, etc.)

Identifying and escalating risks and issues

2) Ensuring alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Verifying that project activities meet QMS and customer requirements

Ensuring consistency with the documentation framework (quality manuals, procedures, records)

Driving and following up on change management and corrective actions (RCCA)

3) Cross-functional collaboration

Coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales departments

Collaborating with global sites (including overseas projects)

4) Supporting audits and management reviews

Managing progress for IATF/ISO audit responses Following up on CAR (Corrective Action Request) and OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) responses

Assisting in the preparation of materials for management reviews

Experience and skills gained in this position:

• Hybrid skills combining Quality Assurance and Project Management

• Practical experience in operating under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards

• Participation in cross-functional quality improvement projects

• Opportunities to engage in global quality initiatives

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Practical experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control

Foundational knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)

Experience in driving projects and process improvements

Ability to coordinate and communicate across departments

• Knowledge of project management and associated tools

• Understanding of quality tools such as RCCA, FMEA, and PPAP

• Internal auditor certification • English proficiency (for communication with overseas locations)
