On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a Senior Business Change Lead- SAP S/4HANA on an 18-month contract based in London. It will be a hybrid model.

Join us as a Senior Business Change Lead:

To lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared for new ways of working. The role focuses on driving business readiness through effective stakeholder engagement, communications, and training, enabling successful adoption of standardised processes across the organisation.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across the workstream
• Drive senior stakeholder engagement to build awareness, advocacy, and buy-in
• Design and deliver change readiness strategies, communication plans, and training approaches
• Experience with SAP-enabled finance transformation programmes
• Assess business impacts across Finance and Engagement Management teams
• Identify impacted user groups (personas) and define upskilling requirements
• Oversee delivery of training and capability uplift across the organisation
• Manage Change Champions across multiple business areas
• Proactively identify and mitigate business readiness risks
• Collaborate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Track and report on change progress, risks, and adoption metrics

The skills you'll need:

• Proven experience leading change within large-scale, global transformation programmes
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (essential)
• Background in Finance Transformation or similar enterprise-wide programmes
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness strategies
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a complex environment
