CCDS is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our expert team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple, concurrent IT projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports for senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and promote a collaborative working environment.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building strong project management capabilities within CCDS.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi Nationality is a requirement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of project management experience in IT sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation, system development, and IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 highly preferred.
• Additional certifications like ITIL, COBIT, or Agile/Scrum Master are advantageous.
• Experienced in managing vendor relationships and coordinating technical and consulting teams.
• Proficient in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).

Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to change.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Ability to foster teamwork and manage diverse stakeholder relationships successfully.
