About the Role

This role is central to driving the successful delivery of strategic programs through strong governance, portfolio oversight, and executive engagement. It ensures initiatives are planned effectively, controlled with rigor, and maximize value across the business.

A core part of the role is overseeing a portfolio of corporate projects and functional initiatives, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and managing interdependencies. Working across the organization, the position helps align resources, improve delivery efficiency, and keep strategic objectives on track.

The role is responsible for translating enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. It also oversees the identification and resolution of risks and issues, ensuring timely intervention, informed decision-making, and effective cross-functional coordination.

Strong partnership with senior stakeholders is critical to aligning strategic priorities, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring successful execution as the organization scales globally.

The role provides visible leadership across the organization, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. It is responsible for strengthening organizational capability, coaching and establishing scalable delivery practices that enable the enterprise to execute increasingly complex initiatives as it grows.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in project and portfolio management, including 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

You will bring deep expertise in portfolio governance, project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue resolution, change management, and performance reporting, supported by strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Airline experience, within a Commercial or Operations function, through a period of rapid growth/expansion is highly advantageous.
