Description
If you want to be instrumental in delivering unparalleled customer service and operational excellence, you have found the right team.As a Branches Middle Office Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a key role in supporting our service center operations, with a primary focus on clients across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region. This position offers you a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set through exposure to both analyst responsibilities and middle office functions, including controls, risk awareness, and process oversight. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, and resolving operational issues, while identifying opportunities to enhance client experience. You will leverage your understanding of Customer Due Diligence, products and services, as well as regional client needs, to deliver tailored support and strengthen relationships.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service to MENAT clients by conducting Costumer Due Diligence (CDD), managing inquiries, and resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
- Gain hands-on experience across both maker and middle office activities, contributing to the end-to-end client service and transaction lifecycle.
- Apply product and service knowledge to support client needs and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in troubleshooting and process optimization, leveraging digital tools and developing automation capabilities.
- Support end-to-end change management initiatives, contributing to stakeholder communication and smooth implementation of operational changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and control frameworks, safeguarding both clients and the firm.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or knowledge in customer service operations, particularly in CDD and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with exposure or interest in MENAT markets.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to or interest in AI technologies and automation tools to enhance client solutions and streamline processes.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality client experiences.
- Developing cultural intelligence and data/technology literacy, particularly in engaging with diverse, international clients.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the MENAT region (such as Arabic, Turkish, or French).
